The Eagle
House Hotel is situated in the Town of Launceston, right next to
Launceston Castle, just minutes off the main A30 route into Cornwall. The
Eden Project is just 32 miles away with Bude on the North coast 18 miles away
and Looe on the South coast 27 miles away. The Dartmoor National Park is
14 miles and Bodmin Moor 12 miles from the Hotel. There are two Golf courses
within 4 miles of the Eagle House Hotel, Trethorne Golf Club & Launceston
Golf Club and the Launceston Steam Railway is also very close. The
ground of Launceston Rugby Club is situated 11/2
miles from the Hotel.

Find Us
From the
M5 take the A30 to Cornwall, upon entering Cornwall leave the A30 for
Launceston, follow the signs for Bude / Holsworthy, when passing
Launceston Castle (the Hotel is within the Castle Wall) you will be
heading downhill, at this point follow our three Brown tourist signs (all
right turns).
If
approaching from the Plymouth or Bodmin direction, enter Launceston and
follow the Bude / Holsworthy signs and directions as described above.
When
approaching from the Bude or Holsworthy direction after passing the BP
petrol station take the third left turning, signposted with our Brown
tourist sign & Polson, then take two right turns, again both marked with
our Brown tourist signs.
We have free car
parking for 70 cars and there are three pay & display car parks within a 3
minutes walk. |
